To that end, we need all service professionals to uphold our core values.

To be respectful

Respect each other and each other’s property, work together to resolve any disputes with respect.

Must be fair

Make sure you are providing good customer service and producing quality work at a fair price as a professional. Be optimistic 'time and money to be sympathetic. Also, professionals are justified in giving their earnings and due review.

Must Be professional

Introduce yourself in a professional way. Communicate cleanly and frequently and do your part to ensure each other’s comfort in each situation.

Must Be honest

Respect your agreements and be honest about your expectations and limitations. be honest if a job is beyond your skillset or licensing. If you have no desire to finish a project, be honest. Be upfront if something doesn’t agree or go as planned.

Always be reliable

Reply to text, calls and emails on time. Be present and punctual for all appointments and value each other's time. Never leave anyone wondering how to reach you or where you are.

Try to be inclusive

Never discriminate anyone based on race, social and economic class, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, and expression, religion, age, mental and physical ability, political belief, or any other factor.
